(“ Arctic Star ” or the “ Company ”) announces that Binny Jassal has resigned as theCompany’s Chief Financial Officer (“ CFO ”). FollowingMr. Jassal’s resignation, James Ferreira has agreed to resume therole of interim CFO while the Company searches for a suitablereplacement.
