What Happened To CoStar?

Researching CoStar ( CSGP ) brings me back to the fall of 2020, when I was still a young investment analyst in Toronto. Almost six years later, I now find myself studying the same company, except that this time around, I am in the comfort of my yurt in the middle of the Canadian boreal forest . Looking back at my journey from Toronto to the wilderness of Northern Québec, I realize how fast life can change and how unpredictable it truly is despite all the stories we keep telling ourselves. Time is relentlessly moving forward, and there is nothing we can do about it....
