(CSE: AMMP ) (OTCQB: AMMPF ) (FSE: 601A ) (AMM) is pleased to announce that it hasrecently signed a Memorandum of Undertanding (MOU) with KleanIndustries, a technology leader in recovering energy from waste.  Inaddition to producing green hydrogen for its IAMM TM units (Independent AmmoniaMaking Machines) using electrolyzer technology, AmmPower, a leader in innovative ammonia production technologies, hasidentified the importance of also working with leadingcompanies that are producing green hydrogen using other manufacturingprocesses.

Ammpower America LLC ("AMM"), has signed aMemorandum of Understanding (“MOU”) with Klean Industries Inc. ("Klean"), a leadingequipment manufacturer with a strong portfolio of intellectualproperties and expertise in recovering clean energy and resources fromwaste. This agreement aims to develop new applications for AMM’sfully containerized ammonia production technologies, which will enablerenewable and distributed ammonia solutions for projects in NorthAmerica that utilize green ammonia as an alternative fuel. Therelationship with AMM will further enable Klean and its partners todeploy green fuel facilities that produce,store, and distribute these derivatives for use as a carbon-free fueland a carrier of hydrogen energy.
