The S&P 500 Index reached its lowest closing low of the year at 6,343.72 on March 30th. This decline had the index down just over -9% from its January 27th high. Over the last two weeks, though, the S&P 500 Index is up over 3% in both weeks for a return of over 7% since the March 30th low.
