Coherent: This Party Is Here To Stay

Introduction
By now, it is clear that the future of AI connectivity involves optical and photonics technology. Back in March, I initiated coverage on Applied Optoelectronics ( AAOI ) with a buy rating, and since then the stock has nearly doubled. Just around a week ago, I also started covering Lumentum ( LITE ). Another major player in this increasingly important space is, of course, Coherent Corp. ( COHR ). As you can see in the chart below, the stock has been on an impressive run. The company reported their latest earnings back in May, and today I have decided to initiate coverage on yet another key optoelectronics play....
