Porphyry Copper-Gold Mineralization Extended at Cowtrail Project, British Columbia
(TheNewswire)
Lea Lake Zone Drilling Confirms Continuity of Southwest-Trending Corridor
Vancouver, BC – December 1, 2025 – TheNewswire - BRS Resources Ltd. (TSX-V: BRS) and Cariboo Rose Resources Ltd. (TSX-V:CRB) announce results from a four-hole, 1,138-metre diamond drill program completed in August 2025at the Cowtrail Project, south-central British Columbia.
Cowtrail is a 100% Cariboo Rose-owned, 4,717-hectare porphyry copper-gold project contiguouswith the Woodjam copper-gold porphyry projectowned by Vizsla Copper Corp. (TSX-V: VCU). The 2025 program targetedthe Lea Lake Zone, a southwest-trending mineralized corridor associated with historic induced polarization anomalies andcoincident magnetic features extending beyond the original 2007discovery intercept.
Results confirm the continuation of porphyry-style copper-gold mineralization, which remains open along strike and at depth.

Copper Equivalent (CuEq) values represent the combined value of copper and gold in one tonne of rock divided by the value of copper inone tonne grading 1.0% copper, using metal prices of US$4.50/lb copperand US$3,500/oz gold, without consideration for metallurgicalrecoveries.
Plan and cross-section diagrams accompanying this release illustrate all drill holes completed in the 2025program. Drill traces and mineralized intervals are shown in full onboth views.
Historic drilling and geophysics define a coherentsouthwest-trending mineralized vector extending be yond the 2007 discovery hole. Previous significant intercepts include 0.15% Cu and 0.12 g/t Au over 105.0m (CT23-16[2023]), 0.17% Cu and 0.11 g/t Au over 40.0 m (CT2011-12[2011]), and 1.16 g/t Au over 18.3 m (07-DDH-1[2007]) .
Cowtrail occupies a low elevation, flat, coniferoustree covered landscape (much of it logged). Outcrop is very limited(probably <1% of the total area). A series of stocks, dikes andplugs are confirmed by drilling over an area measuring approximately 3kilometres by 2 kilometres by drill holes targeting inducedpolarization anomalies. These intrusive bodies include, diorite, syenite, quartz, monzonite and quartz feldspar porphyry. Many inducedpolarization anomalies have not yet been drilled.
An unpublished 1991 Cogema Canada Ltd.report documented mineralized biotite diorite andmonzodiorite float associated with a s trong circular Total Magnetic Intensity (TMI) anomaly severalhundred metres further along this same trend, indicating additionaluntested potential within the corridor.
Cowtrail has been under option to BRS Resources Ltd. since 2022. BRS may earn a 60% interest bycompleting $2,000,000 inexploration expenditures , making $200,000 in cash payments , and issuing shares equivalent to $200,000 by December 19, 2027 .
Analyses were performed by MSALABS of Langley, BC using ICP multi-element analysis and 30-gram fire assay.Standards and blanks were inserted by the company and additional samples by the laboratory and samplingwas conducted at approximately 3-metre intervals. Recoveries weregenerally >85%. Sample results were verified by the QualifiedPerson by comparing results from the standards against their postedvalues. The assay lab completing the work, MSALABS, is completelyindependent from BRS Resources or Cariboo Rose Resources. Drill core,4.5 cm in diameter, was cut longitudinally using a diamond tipped sawwith one half going into the sample bag and half kept for future work.
