Their new factory in Nova Scotia will be opening later this year, their roll-up of 3D at Depth has been completed, and the company just closed on a previously announced underwritten public offering, bringing in over $115 million , with 43.2 million shares priced at $2.66 per share, suggesting bigger M&A....
