In early June this year, we had assessed the prospects of Gorilla Technology Group Inc. ( GRRR ), a business which is developing a reputation for building and operating sovereign/government AI infrastructure (80% of their business comes from the government and the public sector, helped largely by GRRR data centers’ strong adherence to local regulations and compliance, and their capabilities in delivering sovereign-grade AI infrastructure, at cost-competitive economics). Nonetheless, back then, the GRRR stock wasn’t in the best place, and we didn’t necessarily think an investment was going to be worthwhile and thus proceeded to assign a Hold rating....
