Gatekeeper Announces $820,000 in School Bus Video Upgrades and Subscriptions Contracts

Abbotsford, BC – February 4,2026 – TheNewswire -Gatekeeper Systems Inc. (“Gatekeeper” or the“Company”) (TSX-V:GSI) (OTC:GKPRF), a leader in video and datasolutions for school buses, public transit and smart cities, ispleased to announce approximately US$600,000(approximately C$820,000) in school bus video and subscriptionscontracts in Georgia and California.

In Georgia, an existing school district customer, whowas an early subscriber to the Company’s video management andstorage offering, is conducting a full fleet upgrade to replaceexisting Mobile Data Collectors and interior video. The upgradeprovides for a greater number of video devices per bus, with increasedvideo resolution and additional video storage capacity per bus. Thecontract is valued at approximately US$350,000 and the customer’sexisting video management and storage subscriptions will continue.

In California, an existing school district customer isconducting a video system upgrade of their internal and external videosystems and will subscribe to the Company’s Health Checksubscription service for system monitoring. The contract is valued atapproximately US$250,000 and includes the prepayment of 5 years ofmonthly recurring Health Check subscriptions.
