Vancouver, British ColumbiaTheNewswire- January 19, 2026 – Juggernaut Exploration Ltd. (JUGR.V)(OTCPK: JUGRF) (FSE: 4JE) (the “Company” or“Juggernaut”) is pleasedto announce the inaugural fully funded 10,000 m drill program withinthe newly discovered district scale gold, silver, copper rich systemon the 100% controlled Big One property (the “Property”), GoldenTriangle, British Columbia. The Company’smaiden drill program will target several extensive high-grade gold, silver, copper-rich shear-hosted veins confirmed on surface within thedistrict-scale Eldorado System and Gold Swarm discoveries. Widespreadstrong porphyry-style propylitic alteration and gold-rich polymetallicmineralization on the Big One property are indicated to be related toa Jurassic- to Cretaceous-age intrusive source coeval with the alkalicvolcano-magmatic event that is associated with the copper-gold-silverporphyry mineralization as seen in close proximity at the adjacentGalore Creek deposit.

Dan Stuart, CEO of JuggernautExploration, states: “With a district-scalediscovery of this magnitude, host to >500 gold-rich veins andshears exposed on surface for >1 km that rise above the valleyfloor for >1 km, we arelikely only seeing the tip of the iceberg. The Eldorado Gold systemand the Gold Swarm Discovery show the right ingredients to quicklybecome the next major discovery in the Golden Triangle. JuggernautExploration is preparing to embark on its inaugural fully funded~10,000-meter drill program at the Big One property, and we lookforward to testing this high-grade district-scale system to depth andunlocking the full potential of this amazing discovery.”

Manuele (Lele) Lazzarotto, Presidentand COO of Juggernaut Exploration states: “Preparations are underway for the 2026fully funded inaugural drill program on one of the most highlyanticipated new discoveries in the Golden Triangle. Recently receiveddata from the detailed and regional mapping, LiDAR survey and UAVsurvey, in combination with excellent geochemical results andstructural information has allowed us to vector in on and betterunderstand the extent and geometry of the mineralization seen onsurface where multiple high-grade gold, silver, copper veins areexposed for >1 km. The data indicates that the system driving thehigh-grade polymetallic mineralization at Big One is a magmatic sourcecoeval with the nearby world class Galore Creek deposit. From anexploration perspective, this opens the door for the presence of alarge causative mineralizing source at depth, characterized by majorgold, silver, and copper-rich fluid pathways, providing significantadditional discovery potential. Intersecting the causative sourcecould greatly increase the value of the project in 2026 andbeyond.”

Big One Gold-Rich District-ScaleSystem Highlights:

  • The district-scale Eldorado Systemcovers an area of 22 km thatremains wide open where grab samples assayed up to 263.70 g/t AuEq or8.48 oz/t AuEq (256.60 g/t Au, 546.00 g/t Ag, 0.43 % Cu, 0.41 % Pb and0.01 % Zn)  from 400 mineralized veins that remain open and are up to 10 m wide, hostedin shear zones up to 50 m wide, and are exposed on surface for 500 mwith 1 km of vertical relief.

  • 41% (219 samples out of 527)collected within the Eldorado System in 2024 and 2025 assayed 1 g/tAuEq; 65% (28 samples out of 43) collected within the Gold Swarm Zonein 2024 and 2025 assayed 1 g/t AuEq.

Gold samples up to 256.60 g/t or 8.25oz/t, silver samples up to 2810 g/t or 90.34 oz/t, and copper samplesup to 14.40 % were collected on Big One.

  • The polymetallic veins, alterationsignature, geochemical pathfinder element signature, and geophysicalanomalies strongly indicate the presence of a large common buriedgold, silver, copper-rich porphyry feeder source or similar magmaticsource or sources at depth responsible for the extensivedistrict-scale high-grade gold, silver, copper veining confirmed onsurface.

  • Detailed mapping has confirmed thatmineralization at Eldorado and Gold Swarm is linked to a Jurassic toCretaceous transpressional system and intrusive sources, coeval withthe magmatic events that formed the nearby multi-million-ounce GaloreCreek copper, gold, silver porphyry deposit.

  • The district scale system showswidespread porphyry-style propylitic alteration, with the final phaseof alteration occurring simultaneously with mineralization, which willhelp vector towards the potential source of the mineralization seen inthe gold-rich shear zones and veins on surface that remainopen.

  • Mineralized veins and shear zoneswere emplaced through brittle-ductile deformation during and after theJurassic period, forming a major structural corridor at Big Onedefined by northeast, east, and northwest trends, confirming commonorientations as well as similar geochemical signatures and textures ofthe gold-mineralized veins along the 15 km Highway of Gold corridorsurrounding the snowcap of Deeker Glacier strongly indicating that thegold-rich mineralization found throughout is all part of onedistrict-scale gold system that remains open.

  • The recently received 5-year drillpermit, valid until March 31, 2031, will allow the Company to definethe extent of the mineralization at depth as well as fully understandthe geometry of the system and related drivers of the mineralizationin preparation for a future resource.

The Eldorado System consists of a 22 Km2 area thatremains open where grab samples assayed up to 263.70 g/t AuEq or 8.48oz/t AuEq (256.60 g/t Au, 546.00 g/t Ag, 0.43 % Cu, 0.41 % Pb and 0.01% Zn) from >400 mineralized veins that are up to 10 m wide hostedin shear zones up to 50 m wide, and are exposed on surface for >1km with >1 km of vertical relief. The Eldorado System hosts theGold Dome Zone where grab samples assayed up to 263.70 g/t AuEq or8.48 oz/t AuEq (256.60 g/t Au, 546.00 g/t Ag, 0.43 % Cu, 0.41 % Pb and0.01 % Zn), the Big Mac Zone where grab samples assayed up to 113.92g/t AuEq or 3.66 oz/t AuEq (111.35 g/t Au, 159.00 g/t Ag, 0.02 % Cu,3.88 % Pb and 0.01 % Zn), and the Whopper Zone where grab samplesassayed up to 43.94 g/t AuEq or 1.41 oz/t AuEq (39.84 g/t Au, 333.00g/t Ag, 0.02 % Cu, 0.07 % Pb and 0.06 % Zn). See news release fromSeptember 8, 2025, and November 10, 2025.

The Gold Swarm discovery is a 3 km2 area of strong gold potential with >100 gold-richpolymetallic veins exposed on surface for >200 m and up to 4.5 mwide with up to 700 m of vertical relief, where grab samples assayedup to 231.81 g/t AuEq or 7.45 oz/t AuEq (226.94 g/t Au, 335.00 g/t Ag,0.00 % Cu, 4.99 % Pb and 0.01 % Zn) that remains open. See newsrelease from September 8, 2025, and November 10, 2025.

Mineralization atEldorado and Gold Swarm most likely represents part of a broaderJurassic- to Cretaceous-age transpressional mineralizing systemdirectly related to an intrusive source. These Intrusives areindicated to be time equivalent to the alkalic volcano-magmatic eventassociated with Cu-Au porphyry mineralization that hosts the adjacentGalore Creek Deposit. Detailed geological mapping of the Eldoradosystem has revealed that the gold-rich polymetallic quartz veins aremostly hosted within and therefore post-date Early Jurassic quartzdiorite and hornblende diorite units and associated compressionaldeformation events, but pre-date Eocene epithermal events. Widespreadstrong porphyry-style propylitic alteration has been mapped in outcropon the eastern and northern slopes of the Eldorado system.  Multiplephases of propylitic alteration have been observed, with two phasesoccurring prior to mineralization and the last phase occurring duringmineralization. Syn- to post-Jurassic brittle-ductile deformation isresponsible for the emplacement and activation of mineralized veinsand shear zones, which consist of steep and low-angle structures andare concentrated in northeast, east, and northwest trends, indicatingthe presence of a major structural corridor at Big One.

The Big One property is situated in a region that iswell known for hosting globally recognized precious metal and porphyrydeposits, several of which occur near the property including themultiple porphyry systems at Galore Creek, the world’s largest knowngold reserve at KSM and the polymetallic copper project at ShaftCreek, as well as the Brucejack high-grade epithermal gold deposit, and the structurally controlled high-grade hydrothermal gold-silverzones at Trophy and Sphal Creek. The propertygeology is favorable to host these types of deposits, as confirmed bythe presence of extensive areas of propylitic alteration, untestedgeophysical anomalies, strong silt, soil, and rock geochemistry, including pathfinder elements directly related to porphyry systems, key structures and textures, porphyry-style mineralization, andhigh-grade polymetallic veins, that have been discovered on the BigOne property.

The Big One property can be accessed year-round viahelicopter from the Glenora/Telegraph Creek Road at the BarringtonMine (33 km to the north-northeast) as well as the Galore Creek Road(15 km to the southeast). The Canadian government committed $25 M toextend/improve the Galore Creek Road to within 15 km of the Big Oneproperty. The property is 2 km west of the Scud River airstrip used inthe early days of Galore Creek.

The Big One property exploration qualifies for theCritical Mineral Exploration Tax Credit (CMETC).

Disclaimer

The reader is cautioned that grab samples are spotsamples, which are typically, but not exclusively, constrained tomineralization. Grab samples are selective in nature and collected todetermine the presence or absence of mineralization and are notintended to be representative of the material sampled.

QA/QC Protocol

Grab, channels, chip and talus samples were collectedby foot with helicopter assistance. Prospective areas included, butwere not limited to, proximity to MINFile locations, placer creekoccurrences, regional soil anomalies, and potential gossans based onhigh-resolution satellite imagery. The rock grab and chip samples wereextracted using a rock hammer, or hammer and chisel to expose freshsurfaces and to liberate a sample of anywhere between 0.5 to 5.0kilograms. All sample sites were flagged with biodegradable flaggingtape and marked with the sample number. All sample sites were recordedusing hand-held GPS units (accuracy 3-10 meters) and sample ID,easting, northing, elevation, type of sample (outcrop, subcrop, float, talus, chip, grab, etc.) and a description of the rock were recordedon all-weather paper. Samples are then inserted in a clean plastic bagwith a sample tag for transport and shipping to the geochemistry lab.QA/QC samples including blanks, certified reference materials, andduplicate samples are inserted regularly into the sample sequence at arate of 10%.

All samples are transported in rice bags sealed withnumbered security tags. The rice bags are transported from the coreshacks to the MSALABS facilities in Terrace, BC. MSALABS is certifiedwith both AC89-IAS and ISO/IEC Standard 17025:2017. The core samplesundergo preparation via drying, crushing to ~70% of the materialpassing a 2 mm sieve and riffle splitting. The sample splits areweighed and transferred into three plastic jars, each containingbetween 300 g and 500 g of crushed sample material. A 250 g split ispulverized to ensure at least 85% of the material passes through a 75µm sieve. The crushed samples are transported to the MSALABSPhotonAssayTM facility in Prince George, where gold concentrations arequantified via photon assay analysis (method CPA-Au1). Samples thatresult in gold concentrations ?5 ppm are analyzed to extinction.Photon assay uses high-energy X-rays (photons) to excite atomic nucleiwithin the jarred samples, inducing the emission of secondary gammarays, which are measured to quantify gold concentrations. The assaysfrom all jars are combined on a weight-averaged basis. Multielementanalyses are carried at the MSALABS facilities in Surrey, BC, where250 g of pulverized splits are analyzed via ICF6xx and IMS-230methods. The IMS-230 method uses 4-acid digestion (a combination ofhydrochloric, nitric, perchloric and hydrofluoric acids) followed byinductively coupled plasma emission spectrometry to quantifyconcentrations of 48 elements. Samples with over-limit results for Ag,Cu, Pb, and Zn undergo ore-grade analysis via the ICF-6xx method(where ‘xx’ denotes the target metal). This method employs 4-aciddigestion followed by inductively coupled plasma emissionspectrometry.

Gold Equivalent (AuEq) metal values are calculatedusing: Au 4004.43 USD/oz, Ag 48.80 USD/oz, Cu 5.09 USD/lbs, Pb 2026.43USD/ton, and Zn 3054.88 USD/ton on October 31, 2025. There ispotential for economic recovery of gold, silver, copper, lead, andzinc from these occurrences based on other mining and explorationprojects in the same Golden Triangle Mining Camp with a similar styleof high-grade gold mineralization where Juggernaut’s project islocated, such as the Brucejack Mine and the Homestake Ridge GoldProject. Here, AuEq values were calculated using multi-year runningaverages for metal price, and included provisions for metallurgicalrecoveries, treatment charges, refining costs, and transportation.Recoveries for Au, Ag, Cu, Pb, and Zn on Big One are unknown but areassumed to be similar, with 85% gold recovery, 75% silver recovery,75% copper recovery, 75% zinc recovery, and 50% Pb recovery. Thequoted reference of metallurgical recoveries is not fromJuggernaut’s Big One project, and there is no guarantee that suchrecoveries will ever be achieved, unless detailed metallurgical work, such as in a Feasibility Study, is completed on the Big Oneproject.
