URZ3 Energy Corp. Extends Alphai News Corp. Agreement for Digital Media and Capital Markets Communications

Vancouver, Canada – November 14,2025 – TheNewswire – URZ3 Energy Corp. (“URZ” or the“Company”) (TSX-V: URZ; OTCQB: NVDEF) announces it has extendedthe Alphai News Corp. (“Alphai”) agreement (see news release datedDecember 16, 2024) to provide comprehensive digital media and capitalmarkets communications services. This collaboration aims to enhancethe Company’s online visibility and strengthen engagement withpotential investors and shareholders.

Under the extension, Alphai will assist the Companywith targeted promotional activities across platforms such as YouTube,Instagram, TikTok, and Twitter, among others and including advertisingnetworks. The goal is to increase awareness of the Company and itsongoing projects within the uranium energy sector.

The extension with Alphai will initially run for aperiod of three months, effective immediately, with the option toextend beyond this term.  In consideration for these services, theCompany has agreed to pay Alphai CDN$100,000.

This extension is subject to TSX Venture Exchangeapproval.
