Orbit International Reports Consolidated Bookings for Month of February 2026 in Excess of $2,100,000
MWN-AI** Summary
Orbit International Corp. (OTC: ORBT) has reported consolidated bookings exceeding $2,100,000 for February 2026, marking a significant month for the company. The increase in firm bookings can be attributed to high demand across its divisions, particularly the Orbit Electronics Group (OEG) and Orbit Power Group (OPG). Notably, a substantial portion of the bookings—approximately $1,000,000—came from its subsidiary, Simulator Product Solutions LLC (SPS). This included a critical contract to upgrade F-16 simulators for a key U.S. ally, incorporating the advanced Block 70/72 avionics suite. The SPS division has also seen a remarkable boost in quoting activity, surpassing $7,000,000 in potential orders since the start of the year, which reflects a growth of over 100% compared to the same period last year.
Additionally, the OPG has contributed significantly with bookings exceeding $900,000 primarily from VPX power supplies. The company has noted improved performance in both its Commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) and commercial divisions, suggesting a robust market demand that may drive future revenue growth.
While 2025 posed challenges for Orbit, with several orders delayed, the company is optimistic about its growth trajectory moving forward into 2026. CEO Mitchell Binder emphasized the need for patience with U.S. Government contracts, recognizing potential delays in order receipts but expressing confidence in ongoing bidding opportunities that could enhance recurring revenue.
Overall, Orbit International's performance in February positions the company favorably as it seeks to capitalize on its industry standing, expand its customer base, and navigate ongoing challenges in the defense and electronics market.
MWN-AI** Analysis
Orbit International Corp. (OTC: ORBT) recently announced consolidated bookings exceeding $2.1 million for February 2026, driven by strong performances from its subsidiaries, notably the Orbit Electronics Group and the Orbit Power Group. The firm bookings, including significant contributions from Simulator Product Solutions LLC (approximately $1 million) and robust orders for VPX power supplies, reflect a rebound in demand after a challenging 2025.
Investors should consider several key factors following this performance. Firstly, the increase in orders from a critical U.S. ally for F-16 simulator upgrades indicates strong governmental demand, which is a promising sign given past delays in contract awards. With simulators representing a potentially lucrative defense sector, the increased quoting activity of nearly $7 million suggests a sustained interest, which could translate into future revenue streams.
Moreover, the Orbit Power Group's achievements, particularly in VPX technology, underscore the company’s growth potential. Significant upticks in bookings from both the COTS and commercial divisions indicate robust demand for their products. As military and commercial electronics continue to evolve, the ability of Orbit to capitalize on these sectors through innovative power solutions is crucial.
However, investors should remain cautious. Orbit has previously experienced delays in contract awards which are somewhat standard in governmental contracts. While current indicators are positive, the company's future performance will hinge on the timely execution of these contracts and its ability to navigate any unforeseen obstacles in production or delivery.
In conclusion, whether you're considering acquiring or holding shares in ORBT, closely monitor upcoming contract announcements and performance in the first quarter of 2027. With a solid booking month behind it and promising projections, Orbit International presents a compelling, albeit cautious, investment opportunity in the evolving electronics market.

STRONG VPX BOOKINGS FOR FEBRUARY 2026
HAUPPAUGE, N.Y., March 05, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Orbit International Corp. (the “Company”) (OTCID Basic Market:ORBT), an electronics manufacturer and software solution provider, today announced that consolidated bookings for the month of February 2026 were in excess of $2,100,000. The firm bookings for the month of February 2026 were primarily attributable to bookings recorded by both its Orbit Electronics Group (“OEG”) and its Orbit Power Group (“OPG”). Deliveries for orders received during the month have already commenced and are expected to continue through the first quarter of 2027.
Mitchell Binder, President and CEO of Orbit International commented, “We are pleased to report firm consolidated bookings in excess of $2,100,000 for the month of February 2026. The strong month of bookings were partially attributable to our Simulator Product Solutions LLC subsidiary (“SPS”), which is part of our OEG. SPS received approximately $1,000,000 in orders that included a significant award from a critical U.S. ally to upgrade its F-16 simulators to the Block 70/72 avionics suite, the most advanced F-16 configuration flying today. We hope this order will lead to follow-on opportunities. In addition to the firm month of orders, SPS’ quoting activity has significantly increased to almost $7,000,000 since the beginning of 2026, an increase of over 100% compared to the prior year comparable period.”
Binder added, “In addition to the bookings from SPS, our OPG recorded bookings in excess of $900,000 for the month of February 2026, which primarily included orders for its VPX power supplies. Since the beginning of the year, bookings for our OPG are up significantly from the prior year with increases from both its COTS (Commercial-off-the-shelf) and commercial divisions. Our quoting for VPX power supplies remains firm and we expect our VPX technology to be a driver of our future revenue growth.”
Binder concluded, “2025 was a challenging year for the Company, with several opportunities being delayed and recorded several months after the initial expected order dates that had been received from our customers. We continue to experience some delays in the receipt of orders as delays in the receipt of contract awards is an inherent part of doing business with the U.S. Government. In addition to the strong booking month recorded by our two operating units, we continue to bid on new opportunities that we hope will add to our recurring follow-on awards that are expected in 2026.”
