Overview
When I previously covered the PGIM AAA CLO ETF ( PAAA ), I issued a buy rating because of the market uncertainty driven by President Trump's reciprocal tariffs at the time. Since then, the fund has done exactly what I anticipated: protected capital and provided steady dividend income for investors. However, the decision to avoid equities in favor of a more defensive position like this would have led to severe underperformance. Now that market indices are hovering near all-time highs and the interest rate environment may shift, I wanted to revisit PAAA to reassess its overall value proposition at this time....
