Prudential: I Prefer Other Insurance Companies

I tend to invest quite a bit in the insurance industry and individual insurance stocks when they are cheap, but while having covered a company called Prudential in the past, it wasn't Prudential PLC ( PUK ), which is the company I will cover in this article. Prudential Financial ( PRU ) is a US-based insurance firm focusing entirely on the US market in insurance, while PUK is a British-based insurance company that focuses only on Asia and the African market in addition to its home markets. It has gone so far as to recently remove its US operations. That US-based business, which it demerged, was called Jackson National, and it was done about 4 years ago....
