Home prices increased in December as the benchmark national index rose for a fifth straight month. The seasonally adjusted home prices for the national index saw a 0.4% increase month-over-month and a 1.3% increase year-over-year. After adjusting for inflation, the monthly change fell to 0.1%, and the annual change fell to -2.0%....
