Background

Personally, I love the trend and shift we are seeing take place in the restaurant and eating-out sector. The shift from traditional fast food to healthy fast-casual restaurants is taking the industry by storm. I believe Sweetgreen ( SG ) is an expanding, trendy new restaurant chain that started on the East Coast and is starting to spread like wildfire across the U.S. They are targeting 15% to 20% annual unit growth and will start to open new stores in new markets like Arkansas, Phoenix, Cincinnati, and more....
