There is nothing like an income vehicle that pays no income when the product (in this case natural gas) has a period of relatively strong prices. Of course, there is a legitimate reason for that. But there is also no reason for investors to speculate as to when the San Juan Basin Royalty Trust ( SJT ) might resume royalty payments or even if it might resume royalty payments. There are plenty of good solid vehicles out there for either appreciation potential or income plays that likely can do a less complicated job as well as a likely better job for any investor than is the case here....
