The Skukum Gold Project, covering an area of approximately 170.3 square kilometers, is located approximately 55 kilometers south of Whitehorse, Yukon Territory, Canada, and consists of approximately 1,051 mining claims hosting about three identified gold and gold-silver mineral deposits, such as Skukum Creek, Goddell and Mount Skukum. Its projects also include Porvenir Project and SF Tin Project. The Porvenir Project covers an area of 11.25 square kilometers. The SF Tin Project covers an area of approximately two square kilometers. These projects are located approximately 70 kilometers (km) southeast of Oruro, Bolivia. Its subsidiaries include Stannum Metals Inc., Whitehorse Gold (Yukon) Corp and Empresa Minera San Genaro.
