A lot has changed since I initiated my coverage of Axcelis Technologies, Inc. ( ACLS ) last July. For starters, the company exceeded my revenue estimate for FY 2025 due to a stronger contribution from its memory segment, which grew 189% YoY for the full year. The company is also on track to finalize a merger with Veeco Instruments Inc. ( VECO ) in the second half of the year, a deal that brings two complementary WFE specialists under one umbrella....
