The Fed could be reorganized by the start of the Tuesday meeting. The appeals court could decide soon if Cook will remain a member. It is likely that CEA Chair Miran will be confirmed as a Fed governor on Monday. In my opinion, the Fed will be cutting interest rates at their meeting this week - the question remains whether it will be ¼ or ½ points, as the Trump administration will weigh heavily on the decision....
