Westlake: Why The 2025-2026 Bounce Is 'Way Too Early'

I have previously generally been successful in forecasting the moves of Westlake ( WLK ). By "success", I am defining that the company follows a trajectory that is implied by my rating for the business. So, for instance, if I give the company a "BUY" rating, it would go up; if I give it "HOLD", it would go flat or down; and if "SELL", it wouldn't go up but down as well. I usually reserve my SELL ratings for fundamentally unappealing companies that should not be bought in any scenario (according to my view)....
