Yorkton Equity Group Inc. Announces Market Maker Agreement

Edmonton, Alberta – (November 27, 2025) – TheNewswire - Yorkton Equity Group Inc.(TSXV YEG) (“Yorkton” or the “Company”) is pleased to announcethat, subject to TSX Venture Exchange (“TSXV”) approval, it hasentered into a market maker services agreement with IndependentTrading Group (ITG), Inc. ("ITG") dated November 26, 2025("Services Agreement").  ITG will provide market makingservices in accordance with TSXV policies and applicable law.

Under the terms of the Services Agreement, ITG willprovide trading services with respect to Yorkton’s common shares.Yorkton will pay ITG a monthly fee for the Services provided of $5,500plus applicable taxes, payable monthly. The Services Agreement is foran initial term of one (1) month and will automatically renew foradditional one (1) month terms, unless terminated by either party withthirty (30) days notice prior to the end of the term.

There are no performance factors contained in theServices Agreement and ITG will not receive shares or options ascompensation.  ITG and the Company are unrelated and unaffiliatedentities. ITG is a privately owned corporation controlled by itsprincipals.  At the time of the agreement, neither ITG nor itsprincipals have any interest, directly or indirectly, in thesecurities of the Company.
