The update follows Edgewater’s participation inthe Silicon Catalyst Spring2026 Portfolio Company Update at the ComputerHistory Museum in Mountain View, California, where President andCEO Andrew Skafel presented the Company’s progress to investors,strategic partners, semiconductor advisors and fellow portfoliocompanies.

The Company views this activity as a natural expansionof its existing target markets, not a shift away from its core Wi-Fistrategy. Edgewater’s technology was developed to address the samefundamental wireless challenges that impact homes, enterprises,industrial networks and service provider deployments: congestion,interference, contention, latency and unpredictable performance underload.

In dual-use and autonomous applications, thosechallenges become even more urgent.
