The last time I had compared the Roundhill Magnificent Seven Covered Call ETF ( MAGY ) and the YieldMax Magnificent 7 Fund of Option Income ETFs ( YMAG ) in September last year, I had argued around the structural limitations of both strategies despite attractive headline yields. The primary concern was around covered calls capping upside in strong bull run phases.
