ABOUND is advancing its commercialization strategythrough a focused refinement of its intellectual property portfolio,alongside continued external validation of its core technologies. TheCompany is discontinuing investment in select non-core legacy patentsand applications that no longer align with current developmentpriorities or planned commercial products. This action is expected toreduce ongoing intellectual property expenditures while enablingcapital and internal resources to be redirected toward engineeringadvancement, manufacturing readiness, and product validation.
