In his book Principles , Ray Dalio comments on his desire to build an all-weather portfolio, designed to beat the market in almost every instance. Well, you won't achieve that outright with the SPDR Bridgewater All Weather ETF (ALLW). My clearest recommendation is to maintain a Hold rating for now. You are buying a fund with a somewhat dated approach with an elevated expense ratio for an asset-allocation ETF (0.85%) and a limited track record. I'm not saying I don't like the vehicle, but I would wait to see if its performance justifies its current expenses....
