Introduction
I have been writing about Aelum a ( ALMU ) for a year (First Seeking Alpha Article on Aeluma) as an interesting, technically differentiated company operating in a part of the semiconductor stack most investors do not fully understand. For much of that time, the story was compelling, but still early. The pathway to scalable manufacturing and commercial relevance was not yet sufficiently visible. Moreover, the interest from DARPA, the US Navy, NASA, and the US Department of Energy also made this very compelling. Aeluma took an unconventional road and, between seed investors, determination, and non-dilutive grants, provided retail investors a vehicle to "dream big" as a tiny, unlikely non-PE company took an unlikely path from Pink Sheet speculation to uplisting on the Nasdaq last year, and now has capital, serious partners, and a path to potentially becoming a leading compound semi innovator beyond anyone's wildest imagination. ...
