(NYSE: BFS) (the "Company"), an equity real estate investment trust ("REIT"), announced operating results for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 ("2025 Quarter").  Total revenue for the 2025 Quarter increased to $75.1 million from $67.9 million for the quarter ended December 31, 2024 ("2024 Quarter").  Net income decreased to $8.2 million for the 2025 Quarter from $10.4 million for the 2024 Quarter. On October 1, 2025, the Company opened Hampden House, comprised of 366 apartment units and 10,100 square feet of retail space adjacent to the Bethesda Metro Station in Bethesda, Maryland. As of February 23, 2026, 130 of the 366 (35.5%) residential units were leased and occupied.
