Despite a big bid from GameStop Corp. ( GME ), eBay, Inc. ( EBAY ) didn't soar on the announcement over the weekend. The market wasn't overly impressed by the proposal for the combination with a struggling retailer. My investment thesis remains bullish on the stock, though the merger proposal isn't overly enticing....
