The Company also owns Lithium Valley Holdings LLC a wholly owned subsidiary holding 100% interest in and to the McDermitt Lithium Property located in Nevada, United States of America. The McDermitt Property is comprised of approximately 315 lode claims and over 6,300 Acres, located in the McDermitt Caldera, Humboldt County, Nevada.
