Here we are on the last day of March as the first quarter comes to a merciful end for investors, albeit a nice rally took place Tuesday morning. We are coming to the close of the quarter with both the Dow and NASDAQ in official correction territory, while the S&P 500 is off roughly 9% from its recent highs as of market close Monday. Not surprisingly, the energy sector was the only one of the 11 sectors in the S&P that posted a gain in March....
