Here we are on the last day of March as the first quarter comes to a merciful end for investors, albeit a nice rally took place Tuesday morning. We are coming to the close of the quarter with both the Dow and NASDAQ in official correction territory, while the S&P 500 is off roughly 9% from its recent highs as of market close Monday.
