Since my last Nebius Group N.V. ( NBIS ) analysis , the stock has gained 85% in price. This may look good for now, but I consider the AI trade to be in a state of peak euphoria. I am not saying that AI will not continue to expand and proliferate, but I am quite certain that valuations have become excessive and are pricing in growth that is too high for too long. On expectations resetting, primarily as a result of downstream AI ROIC considerations, Nebius and other AI-oriented equities will be due for multiple compression....
