AstraZeneca: 8% Q1 Revenue Growth And Imfinzi/Ultomiris Trial Data Wins

I'm initiating coverage on AstraZeneca ( AZN ) and setting it at a "Strong Buy" rating. The reason why is because the company was able to report massive growth in revenue in Q1 of 2026. During this particular quarter, it reported that it achieved an 8% growth in revenues to $15.288 billion. The main growth segment for this big pharma that helped it was double-digit percentage growth in two key areas. One key area was that of its Oncology portfolio, and then the other dealt with its Rare Disease portfolio. Each of these segments grew by 16% and 15%, respectively....
