( COGT ) surged roughly 150% after providing approvable pivotal trial data on asset bezuclastinib treating patients with imatinib-resistant aGIST. In combination with sunitinib, it easily bested sunitinib monotherapy on median progression free survival (mPFS) (p<0.0001) treating gastrointestinal stromal tumors in a second-line setting.
