Janux Therapeutics: Downgrading To "Hold" Rating After Latest Updated Phase 1 JANX007 mCRPC Data

The last time I spoke about Janux Therapeutics ( JANX ) it was with respect to a Seeking Alpha article entitled " Janux: Additional Opportunity With JANX007 Dosing Update In The 2nd Half Of 2024 ". At that time, I spoke about the company's development of its key drug JANX007 for the treatment of patients with metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer [mCRPC]. The good news is that the company's first interim analysis was encouraging; with fewer patients recruited, it was able to post a 50% objective response rate [ORR]. Thus, after my article, the first interim pass of updated data was very positive, causing the stock to surge. However, I believe it is important to provide an update on its latest interim data update from the phase 1 study of JANX007 for the treatment of these patients with mCRPC....
