SEI: Buy Before The S&P 600 Flows Arrive

Executive Summary
When I first covered Solaris Energy Infrastructure ( SEI ) in Nov 25, I published a "Buy" rating for it along with a price target of $56 . The issue that I pointed out was that I believe the marketplace views Solaris as an average energy services company; however, Solaris's new division, Power Solutions is transforming it into a power infrastructure provider which will be exposed to all of the electrical needs of data centers. Later, in Feb I wrote another update in which I reiterated my original view on the purchase rating but raised the price target to $70 based upon additional research . As the original target had already been met fairly easily and there were new contracts along with improved visibility regarding future capacity, the argument for a higher price target became stronger. By then, Solaris had moved past the promise phase and needed to show its ability to execute and deliver assets, manage debt and convert the contracted megawatts into EBITDA. This price target was achieved, and at present, the stock is trading near 71.00 or +66% since the initial article vs. +14% for the S&P 500 Index. This has been one of the cleanest Buy opportunities I have identified in recent quarters....
