On Swarmer Inc. (SWMR), I mark a sell-to-exit/do-not-enter rating. This thesis is based on a major decoupling of Swarmer’s technological moat from its immediate financial gravity. Although Swarmer has a combat-hardened AI data exhaust from over 100,000 kinetic missions in Ukraine (building an electronic warfare-resistant orchestration layer), its current ~ $880 million+ valuation on $20,325 in Q1-FY2026 revenue is an unsustainable valuation base, in my opinion. The loss of its sole anchor customer, Smart Machinery Solutions, exposes a highly sensitive transitional phase....
