China's consumer prices fell 0.7% year-on-year in February, a 13-month low, exceeding the expected 0.5% drop and reversing January’s 0.5% rise. Producer deflation also continued, down 2.2% year-on-year, compared with market forecasts of a 2.1% decline and after a 2.3% drop in the prior two months, though at its slowest pace since August 2024. ...
